I'm working on a college project. I have a dataset with over a hundred aerial images with some ground control points obtained with RTK, and my goal is to generate a georeferenced orthomosaic. I processed the photos using the GrandLeez tutorial pipeline, but end up not using the GCPs and get an accuracy of over 2 meters, when it should be at 0.2 meters to fit the Brazilian standards for cartographic products. I think that I can get higher accuracy by using the GCPs. So what processing pipeline should I use to use the GCPs and get better results?

The grandLeez dataset uses the onboard GNSS and not GCPs indeed. To use GCPs, you should look at the "Absolute orientation" section of the Historical dataset tutorial on the wiki : ... rientation
